[Wider rollout] Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 Android 10 update finally hitting devices globally (Download link inside)

Xiaomi released the Mi MIX 3 Android 10 stable update at the tail-end of December 2019, but this rollout was only limited to the Chinese market.

Having arrived at a time when Google was almost releasing January 2020 security patches to its Pixel phones, one would have expected Xiaomi to at least bundle the December 2019 security patches in the update.

But alas! The Chinese vendor decided against it and instead went with an even much older November security patch. I bet that didn’t bother some people considering they still had a lot to learn about the new Android 10.

More than two months later, Xiaomi has finally decided that it is time for the global Mi MIX 3 Android 10 to begin rolling out.

Reports coming from Germany can confirm that the software is arriving on the units as MIUI 11.0.3.0.QEEMIXM and besides the new OS, you also get an updated February 2020 security patch.

Below is a summary of the changes the Mi MIX 3 will get as part of this software overhaul.
