We have covered the Android 10 developments for the Mi A2 Lite right from the beginning and this update does bring in a sigh of relief for the Mi A2 Lite users.
Earlier, it was allegedly confirmed by Xiaomi that the Android 10 update was not in the cards for the Mi A2 Lite. And reacting to this, hundred of Mi A2 Lite users signed a petition demanding Android 10 update for the device.
This impacted positively, as Xiaomi support, later assured that the Android 10 firmware was under development and will soon be pushed for the users.
Then we documented a report of a Geekbench listing where the Mi A2 Lite was spotted running Android 10 and after that Xiaomi published the Kernel sources for Mi A2 Lite Android Q, which almost confirmed that the update was right around the corner.
And now as per the official announcement, the Android 10 update is now live for the Mi A2 Lite users. The airborne update is hitting the units with version V11.0.2.0.QDLMIXM.
