A series of Verizon February security updates are rolling out to various Samsung Galaxy smartphones, with the biggest of them all tagging along the latest One UI 2.0 update based on Android 10 OS.

After more than a month of waiting, the Big Red finally released the Galaxy Note 9 One UI 2.0 update a couple of days ago. As part of the new software, whose details are well documented here, the carrier included the latest February security patch, up from December 2019.

The said Verizon February security updates are airborne, meaning they may take some time to reach all devices. Matter of fact, some devices may get the prompt sometime over the weekend or maybe even next week.

The OTA comes at a time when Samsung has had to explain some mysterious “Find My Mobile” notification that is showing up on some Galaxy handsets, claiming that it shouldn’t worry you in any way.
