One of the major US networks, Verizon has pushed the March 2020 security update for the LG V50 ThinQ 5G and LG V40 ThinQ smartphones.
Notably, the Android 10 update has already gone live for the Sprint variant of the LG V50 ThinQ 5G first, following which the European and EE carrier network in the UK picked up the update for the device.
Though the Android 10 kernel source code went live for the Verizon LG V50 ThinQ 5G on the LG OpenSource Code Distribution website last month, the update is yet to arrive on the LG V50 ThinQ 5G units.
Coming back to the March update for LG V50 ThinQ 5G, the OTA is arriving with the version number V450VM10J and is based on Android 9 Pie.
The update is purely incremental in nature and just bumps the security patch level to March 2020. Check out the screenshot and the official changelog of the update, below:

Verizon has also updated another LG device with the March 2020 update. It is the LG V40 ThinQ that gets updated with software version V405UA20g and is based on Android 9 Pie.
The changelog of the update is similar as mentioned above for the LG V50 ThinQ 5G. Check out the user shared screenshot below:
Users should note that the update is rolling out via OTA in batches and will take some time in hitting all units. If you have not got the update notification, better head over to Settings, to check for the update.
