Samsung has definitely upped its game with the introduction of the One UI custom skin alongside Android 9 Pie. It came in as a replacement for the buggy and slow, TouchWiz.

Moreover, Samsung users have really appreciated all the changes that allow them to use their big-screen Samsung devices with ease, thanks to the One UI.

And cut to now, several Samsung devices are on verge of receiving its latest version i.e. the One UI 2.0 which is based on the latest and greatest from Google, Android 10.

To recall, the One UI 2.0 brings in a lot of changes over the One UI 1.0, for instance, enhanced privacy control, reduced notification shade, new camera UI, new gestures and animations, etc.

However, one change that isn’t well received by the users on the One UI 2.0 (Android 10) update is the re-designed battery usage stats screen.

Notably, the new UI for the battery usage screen shows the battery stats for the last 7 days, instead of the time the device was actually charged. Users have been complaining about this issue for quite some time. You can check out some of the reports below:

I want to check my SOT since last full charge, not per day. At least give us an option to select “Since last charge” along with “Last 7 days”.

Not only this, you can find several other users commenting on the same issue with the redesigned battery usage stats screen on the One UI 2.0.

In fact, PiunikaWeb readers should remember that recently we came up with a report regarding the Galaxy S10 One UI 2.0 update causing background apps to close for many users.

And turning the situation worse, users have also complained about the battery drainage issue after updating their devices to Android 10 from Android 9 Pie. Interestingly, this issue still persists even after downgrading to Android Pie.
