As of this writing, the latest Samsung One UI 2.0 update based on Android 10 is already available on at least ten Galaxy smartphones, depending on how you want to count them.
First was the Galaxy S10, S10e, and S10+ and then the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+. Their 5G variants have also picked up the One UI 2.0 update and so have their immediate predecessors in Galaxy S9, S9+, and Galaxy Note 9.
On the midrange and budget fronts, the likes of Samsung Galaxy A90 5G, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M30, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50s have already made the switch to the new OS and next in line are, at least according to the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA), the Galaxy A70s and 2018’s Galaxy A6+ and A9.
The WFA has just cleared the three devices with the latest Samsung One UI 2.0 update on board, suggesting that the company has been given the OK to push the OTA update to the trio. As you can see from the screenshot below, multiple variants have been cleared to get One UI 2.0.
However, this doesn’t mean the rollout will begin today, tomorrow or even this week for that matter. In fact, the Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A9 2018 and Galaxy A6+ are just the latest to join the growing list of Samsung devices cleared by the WFA to receive Android 10.
Others that recently received WFA certification and are yet to be updated to Android 10 include Galaxy A80, M30s, A8s, M11, M31, and A11, A20e, A10, A10e and A7 (2018), as well as the Galaxy A50, A70, A20 and Tab S6.
Most of these devices, if not all, should get their Samsung One UI 2.0 update sometime during Q2 2020. We will, of course, let you know when the updates begin rolling out.
