A lot of Samsung devices in the past have been spotted in the Wi-Fi Alliance certification running on the latest Android 10 operating system hinting that the update might very soon be arriving for the devices.
Notably, Samsung Galaxy A50, A70, A20, Galaxy A70 & A50s, A50, Galaxy A40, A20e, A10, A10e & A7 (2018), have already been spotted running the latest One UI 2.0 (Android 10) update in the Wi-Fi Alliance certification.
And in a recent development, One UI 2.0 (Android 10) update seems to be in the cards for the Samsung Galaxy M21 as per the Wi-Fi Alliance certification.
However, note that this certification only does not mean that the device will pick up the Android 10 update in the near future. It merely depicts that Samsung has made some progress in that front.
Model number SM-M215F was spotted running Android 10 with firmware version M215F.001. You can check out the certification below:
Another upcoming brand’s devices i.e. iQOO (which is a sub-brand of Vivo) was also spotted in this Wi-Fi Alliance certifications. A total of three models of iQOO 3 devices were seen running Android 10.
Notably, the devices are iQOO 3 5G with model number V1955A (Chinese variant), iQOO 3 with model number I1928 and I1927 for India (one of which is the 5G model) were spotted with firmware version PD1955_A_1.4.5.
iQOO has hinted that it will launch both the 4G and 5G variants of the smartphone in India. Moreover, the iQOO 3 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor and is expected to be paired with 12 GB of RAM.
All in all, the Android 10 update is on its way for Samsung Galaxy M21 in the coming months or so. Whereas, iQOO 3 smartphone seems to be arriving soon as well.
