Being a part of the Android ecosystem for over a decade, I have seen and used a lot of different custom skins implemented by the OEMs over the Android’s stock UI.
Well, at the end of the day, my preference will always be the vanilla Android UI. I am biased towards OxygenOS of OnePlus as well due to their closeness to stock Android with the addition of useful tweaks.
However, there are some new features that are being introduced by the custom skins of smartphone OEMs. For instance, scrolling screenshots, native screen recording, UI customizations, etc.
Realme, which had one of the best years in the industry, is also gearing up to provide its users what they want. You might be familiar with such an initiative by brands like OnePlus.
And looking at the questions in a recent user survey, the Chinese OEM is hinting towards the inclusion of some new and improved features in its future devices. Matter of fact, they are talking about hardware components, not software modules.
