Users of the Realme 5 Pro (aka Realme Q in China) rejoice, as per a recent development, the Realme UI (Android 10) update for early adopters will hit the units on February 29, 2020.

This information has been confirmed by the Realme’s official community website. The update will arrive with the version number A.12 and will bring in optimization for gestures, photo album, etc along with the February 2020 security patchset.

● Fixed the problem that the camera occupied too much memory and caused abnormal storage
● Fixed the problem of slow album loading or graying out of pictures
● Optimize the time display in album picture details

Gesture
● Optimized the three-finger screen capture strategy in landscape mode to prevent false triggering of screen capture during multi-finger games

Repair
● Fixed the issue that the three-party sports app was locked in the background and was automatically cleaned up after a period of use
● Solve the problem that the number of WiFi signal grids in the status bar is not updated

PiunikaWeb readers should know that the stable Android 10 update was expected to come out in February 14. However, it was the beta registration, that started for the Realme UI (Android 10) for Realme 5 Pro (Realme Q) ahead of the official rollout.

And going by the latest tweets by Realme India Support, they have maintained that the Realme 5 Pro will get the Android 10 update by the last week of February which was also reported by us.

Moreover, as per the official announcement, the rollout for Realme X in China (which is going to receive Realme UI alongside Realme 5 Pro) will be delayed due to some bugs.

In fact, as per our earlier report, the Realme 5 Pro will not be served with the Realme UI (Android 10) beta update, rather the phone will directly get the stable version.

Besides, the Realme 5 Pro has not even received the VoWiFi support as of yet, whereas the Realme X, Realme X2, Realme X2 Pro, Realme 1, Realme U1, Realme 5/5i/5s have already gotten the WiFi calling support.
