Pokemon Masters server down (Error code: 20101) and not working? Check your network connection issue persists

Pokemon Masters is now available to download for Android users. It is a new mobile game which has been developed by The Pokémon Company and DeNA. Pokemon Masters game features a 3v3 battle where you can battle alongside popular trainers to take down opponents.

The game requires players to make ‘sync-pairs’ with other trainers in story mode. Players will make ‘sync pairs’ with many popular trainers including Brock, Misty, Cynthia during their in-game journey. A powerful sync move is also available to players during the battle.

In the game, players will join as a new trainer and will participate in the Pokemon Masters League. The story mode of the game includes many chapters starting with “New Adventure, New Goal” which will unlock Sync-Pair Rosa. We have listed all the chapters below for your reference. But first, we need to discuss the server issue which is currently affecting Pokemon Masters players.

Pokemon Masters started receiving an error message just on the first day of its global launch. Many players are receiving an error code 20101, which is asking them to check their network connection. It seems like huge traffic has jammed the servers, and they are unable to handle requests.

Many players have taken this issue to Twitter to express their concerns. The Pokémon Company and DeNA have not given any official statements regarding the issue yet. Have a look at the tweets from various users who are complaining about this issue.

Speaking of the game story, players will have to progress through many chapters to unlock new Sync Pairs. Each chapter completion will reward players with a new Sync Pair with the help of which players can prepare their dream team.
