Niantic has announced that Eevee wearing flowery crown will be available through Research Breakthroughs rewards starting September 1, 2019, at 1 pm PDT and until November 1, 2019. If you are lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Eevee with a flower crown.

Eevee is one of the most popular and cutest Pokemon among fans. Eevee can be evolved into many different forms, including Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon. But there is a trick to evolve Eevee into a desired evolution, which has been detailed below.

The trick is achieved by giving a specific nickname to Eevee before evolving. Also, this trick can be used once per each evolution. Mentioned below is the Eevee naming trick for each of the desired evolution. However, players can also get Espeon and Umbreon evolution with another method.

If you don’t want to use the naming trick, it will require 25 candies to evolve the Eevee, and it will randomly evolve into any of these three standard evolutions: Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon.

Eevee can also be evolved into Umbreon and Espeon by using the buddy system. Players must walk at least 10 km with Eevee and get two candies. Eevee should also be set as your Buddy Pokemon before evolving.

If you evolve during the day, you will get the Espeon, and if you evolve during the night, you will get the Umbreon. Your local time zone will determine day and night, and it also requires an active GPS signal else there will be a random evolution of Eevee.
