The emerging smartphone brand Realme announced arrival of the much-awaited Theme Store on all their devices, back in April. As some of you may know, Theme Store was initially part of Color OS 5 on Realme 1 phones. But was eventually pulled and didn’t make to next in line devices.

While Realme C2 come with Theme Store out of the box, the company plans to bring the same to other Realme phones namely Realme 3/3 Pro, 2/2Pro, C1, U1 and Realme 1. In fact, it has already been delivered on Realme 2 Pro with the ColorOS 6 update and on Realme 3 with the May OTA.

Theme Store, as one can guess from the name itself will provide device users some fancy themes and wallpapers for their phones. Now that Realme is reintroducing the Theme Store to their phones, how can their parent company stay behind?

Right in time Oppo is revamping their existing Theme Store (which they never let go of). Theme Store is part of all Oppo phones and just recently the company shared the app will be updated in the coming days, starting today (i.e.June 13-15) to enhance user experience.

The update will bump the app version to 6.1 and bring along a collection of new themes and a refurbished interface. Here’s what the official announcement page states about the changes:

Features for the new version of Theme Store:
1. New themes are only available in the Theme Store. Download to get more gorgeous themes.
2. Official themes are highly compatible with the phone system. Download to have a seamless and smooth experience.
3. Various collections updated every day, such as Neon, Glitter, Colorful, Romance!
4. Better Interface with fashionable and young vibes

So enjoy the new themes on you Oppo phones after updating the app. And please note you’ll need a good network connection to update the Theme Store.
