Talking about Netflix, the streaming giant has partnered with OnePlus to launch the poster of the second season of the critically acclaimed series ‘Sacred Games‘. Following the recent trend, the posters were photographed using the almighty OnePlus 7 Pro.

Looking at the color tone of the photos, OnePlus is trying to emphasize the low light photography capabilities of the Pro variant of OnePlus 7. Jerome Bigio, director-partner marketing, Asia Pacific (APAC), Netflix, commented on the collaboration:

Through devices like the OnePlus 7 Pro, consumers increasingly are able to enjoy an amazing viewing experience on Netflix. We are thrilled to celebrate the fandom of Sacred Games with posters and a behind-the-scenes video shot on the OnePlus 7 Pro.

In fact, the Chinese OEM stepped into the next level when it comes to promoting the camera of this year’s OnePlus phone. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here you go:

Eminent photographer-cum-adventurist Andy Bardon took this incredible shot using the OnePlus 7 Pro for National Geographic. I must say, truly a masterpiece!

Apart from the camera, the upcoming phone will finally address a long-awaited issue regarding inferior vibration motors in OnePlus phones.

In an exclusive interview with CNET, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that the OEM opted for a larger motor, which made the new engine 200% more powerful than the older models.

Our team had to rethink the internal design of the OnePlus 7 Pro, to fit inside the body without increasing the thickness of the device, which could lead to a less ergonomic feel. At the same time, we had to ensure that the haptic motor was in the right position so that the haptics would be strong, yet even across the device.

Pete further mentioned that users would have choice to set the vibrations level via multiple presets. To deliver a fine grade haptic experience, OnePlus will allow end users to fine tune the vibration parameters while typing.

Meanwhile, Jon Freier, Executive Vice President of T-Mobile US, ensured that T-Mobile would be the exclusive partner to carry the OnePlus 7 Pro in the United States of America.

T-Mobile US CEO John Legere seconded the claim with an official statement.

T-Mobile scores the OnePlus exclusive in the U.S., AGAIN. Plus, Un-carrier customers can get the OnePlus 7 Pro before anyone else in the world. T-Mobile Signature Stores will host launch events, starting May 14th in NYC. Nationwide availability will follow at T-Mobile stores and online on May 17th.

Interestingly, they did not mention the regular OnePlus 7 variant anywhere. Android Authority reached out to the wireless carrier to clarify the situation, but got nothing concrete. Will OnePlus 7 be available across all 4 major carriers like we speculated earlier? Time will tell.
