Blame it on the $1500 price tag or the mediocre chipset and camera, the Moto Razr could not live up to the expectations of the hype surrounding the device.

Side by side, the company is also taking a toll when it comes to pushing out timely security updates for its devices. There is a lot of catching up required from Motorola’s end if it wants to stay competitive in the smartphone market today.

But, in a recent development, Motorola has pushed in the November 2019 security update for the Moto G6 Plus smartphone. Besides, Verizon has also pushed in the October 2019 security patch for the Moto G7 Play.

Notably, the updates are it is purely incremental in nature and does not bring any new features except the security update. Let us take a look at the updates, one by one.
