[Re-released with March patch] Mi A3 Android 10 update: Xiaomi India may have just confirmed roll out time frame on Twitter (or has it?)

Xiaomi’s A-series devices are not known to have a good relationship with updates. In the recent past, Mi A2 Lite has been a victim of this and even though the device has got January 2020 patchset, the Android 10 update still seems to be a distant dream for the device.

However, another Xiaomi Mi A-series smartphone is almost confirmed to get Android 10 update soon. Earlier, we have reported that the Android 10 update for the Mi A3 was supposed to roll out in mid-February according to Xiaomi India.

In fact, it was rolled out to select users however, there was no confirmation from the users itself but, Xiaomi insisted that some units have already received the update.

However, some people suggested that according to Xiaomi support, the update is still in testing phase and it was pushed to March 2020.

Cut to now, according to the latest info, the Android 10 update for Mi A3 is almost confirmed and it should arrive in mid-February.

Matter of fact, according to our source, Xiaomi chat support has responded that the Android 10 update for the Mi A3 will indeed arrive in mid-February.

So, going by the user reports, Xiaomi has indirectly set the time frame for the Android 10 update for the Mi A3 fixed for the mid-February. However, anything about this matter should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Finally, the Android 10 update seems imminent for the Galaxy Mi A3. According to a user report, Xiaomi’s chat support has stated that the update will arrive this week.
