Users running LINE messenger on iOS 13 and Android 10 across the globe have confirmed this piece of information. The new update V9.19.0 brings dark mode on iOS while V9.22.2 adds dark mode support on Android 10.

In addition to dark mode, the update for iOS also brings in a privacy feature that allows the user to make sure only certain friends can see the story that he/she posts.
Users can head to their respective store i.e. Play Store for Android users and App Store for iOS users and update the LINE Messenger app to use the dark mode feature on it.
