Huawei is the second-ranked smartphone company in the world in terms of sales, and it sold 206 million smartphones in 2018. In the first half of 2019, Huawei sold 117 million smartphones alone. These are not small numbers by any means.

The fact that these smartphones are selling this well also goes to show just how good they are.

Huawei enjoys strong brand recognition in many markets across the globe and their devices frequently blaze the trail in the industry, be it in performance, design or even camera performance. These devices are also frequently updated, including legacy ones.

For the P Smart series, the owners of these phones need to wait a little. Flagships come first!

It is late November and some devices have already started getting updates with December patch. This means that these Huawei devices that are only now getting the October patch are two updates behind.

It is unclear what is causing this delay, bearing in mind that other Huawei devices have received the November patch. But better late than never, right?
