Huawei remains one of the top smartphone makers that we have today. The Chinese tech giant is doing well in many segments of the market. From the super-popular Y-series of smartphones to the camera-centric P-series and their flagship, the Mate series, there’s something for everyone.

It, therefore, makes sense that the company would invest its time and effort to update its devices and keep them secure, right? And that is exactly what Huawei is doing.

According to the update’s changelog, Huawei Mate 30 Pro users have more than just the monthly security patch update to look forward to. The company recently delivered another minor bugfix update for this phone; guess the engineers are working pretty hard.

Of course, we have the usual improved security with this update, but on top of that, users get to enjoy more stability on WLAN connections and optimized photography experience with a new version of stock camera app.

Huawei December update bulletin

Launched back in October this year, Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a brilliant device but finds itself in quite the predicament. It is powered by the Kirin 990 chipset, but despite being one of the most powerful and beautiful devices in the market today, it lacks Google Play Services.
