Original story (published on November 05, 2019) follows:

Huawei is second to Samsung in the world as far as Android-powered gadgets are concerned. The company pumps a plethora of devices into the market at every chance, making it nearly impossible to keep track of every release.

It gets even harder considering some of these devices merely change names when they land in other markets outside China, but that’s not what this article is about. Let’s talk about EMUI 10 updates for the Huawei MediaPad M6 tablet and Huawei Nova 5 Pro.

If you own any of the two variants of the MediaPad M6 slate and/or the Nova 5 Pro smartphone, Huawei wants you to join the ongoing EMUI 10 beta program that aims to try Android 10 OS on these devices ahead of official rollout.

Beta software, in case you didn’t know, is the unfinished version that is nearing completion. Before pushing it to the rest of the MadiaPad M6 and Nova 5 Pro fraternity, Huawei wants to test it on a handful of units and fix early bugs.

Initially, the program will let in a total of 2,000 users of the 8.4-inch M6, 2,000 users of the 10.8-inch model, and also 2,000 users of the Nova 5 Pro. At a later time that will be determined by the company, each device will get a public beta update.
