The implementation of AdSense in YouTube has helped thousands if not millions of people to ditch their ‘regular’ jobs and make a living by doing what they love.
It’s why YouTube is the biggest video-sharing platform in the world and is showing no signs of slowing down. However, every now and then users bump into some bugs and issues that ruin the experience.
Speaking of which, we have a dedicated bug tracker that you can check out to know the status of all known issues with YouTube.
Now it appears many users are facing yet another issue on the platform. Fresh reports on Twitter and the Google community forums suggest that users are getting the error codes ‘OR-BAIH-01’ or ‘OR-IEH-01’ on the YouTube AdSense payment page.

@AdSense it’s been 1 week I’m dealing with error OR-BAIH-01 when adding bank account, and I can’t contact the support center, please help (Source)
cant enter bank details into payment option on adsense.. me and thousands of others by the look of it.. Error pop up OR-BAIH-01. help (Source)
According to them, the error ‘OR-BAIH-01’ or ‘OR-IEH-01’ occurs when trying to add their bank account details into the payment option for YouTube AdSense.
Some say that the error has been appearing for a couple of weeks and there’s seemingly no way to get rid of it. This has left many seeking for help.
Fortunately, it seems YouTube hasn’t turned a blind eye to the many reports and have officially acknowledged the problem.
The company has confirmed that some users are getting either of the two errors during an attempt to add a bank account on the AdSense payment page, however, have not shared an ETA for the fix.
In the meantime, TeamYouTube suggests to get in touch with their support team if you’re facing the same problem by heading here.
Alternatively, you can even try your luck by attempting to link a different bank account. That said, TeamYouTube has assured users that they’ll get back once there are any developments.
This also should not be confused with the AS-10 error users get while trying to monetize their YouTube accounts. Read more on that here.
That said, it’s worth noting that this isn’t entirely a new problem as the issue has been around for at least a couple of years if not more. However, the occurrence of the errors have increased recently.
As usual, we’ll post an update as and when there’s an update on the mater, so bookmarking this page might be a good idea.
