I’ve had similar problems with bet365 not offering cash outs when eligible, with my current bets totally disappearing off the homescreen, when I have the opportunity to cash out.

What’s appeasing is that Bet365 has officially confirmed this is a known issue at their end and is being worked on.

To clear out the confusion, while responding to a user initially, the support confirmed the feature has been disabled on purpose and is a Traders decision.

But they changed their stance soon saying that’s not the case. It’s rather a case of wrong information conveyed to the user.

What’s good is the matter is being worked on.
