Hulu subscribers keep running into issues like loud commercials, unable to cast to Chromecast, shows/episodes starting at the end, and much more.
While the service provider does a fine job in acknowledging such issues, subscribers keep waiting for the fixes that either never arrive or take quite some time.
Now, Hulu + Live TV subscribers are facing another issue where they are unable to pause the live TV content.
A comment from Hulu Support suggests that pausing the live TV content should work for 60 minutes before resuming for subscribers of the Hulu (No ads) + Live TV service.
However, this is clearly not the case, as per reports from subscribers. It seems that the live TV content only pauses for a few seconds and then resumes on its own.
This issue is causing a lot of inconvenience to Hulu + Live TV subscribers as even after pausing the content, they are missing on it.
Also, it seems that it may take a while for the said issue to get fixed, according to Hulu Support.
The service provider has responded to an affected user stating that they are working to fix this issue.
However, it is unclear how long it will take to fix this issue as Hulu Support has also mentioned that there is no ETA for the said fix.
So, subscribers will have to live with the problem until the service provider decides to fix it permanently.
Hulu has a lot of subscribers but issues like this are deal breakers as no one would want to pay for a service with such problems.
Hopefully, the video on demand service provider fixes the aforementioned issue soon so that subscribers can enjoy their favorite content without any hassle.
That said, we will be back with more details as and when new information becomes available so stay tuned.
