One of the things that Android does way better than iOS is call UI. When you’re using your phone and a call comes in, your Android device will show a heads up notification with the caller’s name or number and the option to either accept or reject the call.
On iOS, however, the whole screen will change to display the info of the incoming call. You see how this might be a problem if you’re using a full-screen application such as a game or watching a video.
Well, thanks to a jailbreak tweak, this could be a thing of the past for jailbroken iOS users. Scorpion is a new Jailbreak tweak that gets rid of the intrusive call UI and instead, provides users something akin to what Android does.
This is not the first tweak we have seen that aims to change how iOS handles incoming calls. Not too long ago, we looked at yet another tweak called CallBubble. This brought the Android experience to iOS devices, complete with the floating bubble, which allows users to continue using their device even when in a call.
We also recently saw reports that Apple was planning to redesign the whole Call UI experience in iOS 14. The renders of what Apple plans to do with this is awe-inspiring. More on that here.
Scorpion is a paid tweak. For interested users, this tweak will set you back $2.99. It is available on Dynastic via Zebra. To purchase, you need to login to Zebra either via Home > Store > Dynastic.
NOTE: We have these and many more jailbreak tweaks in our dedicated Jailbreak section.
