Apple’s iOS differed from Android in one fundamental way. While Android is open source, meaning anyone can take the source code and tweak it to their desire, Apple’s iOS is as closed source as they come. This means that what you get is what you get. No tweaking or tinkering.
At least not officially. As you might imagine, this one-size-fits-all approach might not work for everyone. Many have taken to jailbreaking to get a little more customization out of their iOS devices. Jailbreaking is the process by which Apple’s operating systems are modified to remove restrictions and give the greater user control over the device.
In the past, we have looked at tools like Checkra1n, which is one of the most popular, easy-to-use tools so allow iOS users to jailbreak their devices. We have also covered countless Jailbreak tweaks to take advantage of your jailbreak and get a little more functionality out of your iOS device.
Today we introduce yet another tweak called DopeConvos. As the name suggests, this tweak aims to give users an enhanced experience when using the default iOS messaging app.
The default iOS messaging app is functional, no doubt about that. It incorporates RCS features in the form of iMessage and generally offers all the features one would need from an SMS app. Where it lacks a little bit is when it comes to customization.
And that is where DopeConvos comes in. This Jailbreak tweak brings a ton of customization features to the messaging app on iPhones.
Currently, the available features in this tweak include:
-Change the Large title to anything you want
-Change the color of the Large Title
-Change overall TintColor
-Change Background Color
-Hide separators or change their color
-Change Bubble Gradient colors
-Change Bubble Text Colors
-Remove Bubble Tail
-Change sender name color
-Change preview text color
-Remove Bubble Fill
-Pin Conversations

The tweak is available on the Twickd repository here. This is not a free app and people have reported having issues paying for it on the Twickd repository so you might want to watch out for that.
NOTE: We have these and many more Jailbreak tweaks in our dedicated Jailbreak section.
