Vivo recently announced its Funtouch OS 10 (Android 10) update roadmap plan where the Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G variants were supposed to get updated with the beta on March 14.
Moreover, in line with this, last week, the company started recruiting interested Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G users to try out the new Funtouch OS 10 which is based on Android 10.
But what could be a surprise to all the Vivo Nex users is that as per a recent development, the beta update has been pushed a day early for the registered users.
The update as expected brings in tons of new features and enhancements and arrives with versions PD1924_A_1.13.10 and PD1923_A_1.13.10 for the devices.
The update weighs in around 3.75 GB in size, which is okay considering the number of features it brings in for the Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G. Check out the screenshots shared by the users, below:
Talking about new features, the update brings an all-new Jovi homepage with a new interface, smart desktop, children mode, express center for clearing desktop in one click, recorder, calculator, and more.
The update is available for the users who have enrolled themselves in the beta recruitment and they can grab the update via OTA which is rolling out.
To recall the Vivo Nex 3 and 3 5G, both the devices launched back in September 2019, and are powered by the Snapdragon 855+ chipset paired with 8 GB RAM on Nex 3 whereas up to 12GB of RAM on the Nex 3 5G.
Vivo Nex 3 provides onboard storage of 128 GB while Nex 3 5G has up to 256 GB of storage. In the camera department, both have a triple-camera setup with 64 MP primary shooter and a front-facing motorized 16 MP pop-up camera.
