Notably, we have reported earlier that the EMUI 10 update arrived for the device with version V10.0.0.159 and brought in November 2019 security patchset.
Keep in mind that the EMUI 10 beta recruitment started back in November 2019 for the Y9 Prime (2019). However, later on, we came up with a report that the update was halted in India without citing any reasons.
But, now according to a user report, the rollout has been resumed and the update was spotted in Spain for the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019. To recall, the device was launched back in 2019 and packs in Kirin 710F chipset paired with 4 GB of RAM.

Talking about the update it arrives with version number V10.0.0.176 and weighs in around a massive 3.27 GB in size.
This new update brings in all the new features of the EMUI 10 for instance, changes to UI design, new fonts, dark mode, improved quick settings toggle, new camera interface, changed gestures, optimized to work with Windows 10, Digital Wellbeing, new animations and more.
Notably, the update will be pushed out via OTA in batches and will take some time in hitting all the units. Users can manually check for the update by heading to Settings>>System>>Software update>>Check for updates.
