New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on January 20, 2020) follows:
Realme 3 Pro was the surprise package among the devices that Gooogle announced would participate in the early Android Q beta program back in May 2019 alongside the Tecno Spark 3 Pro.
But we all know what happened later on. For the uninitiated, Realme later announced that the Realme 3 Pro won’t receive any updates in the Android Q beta program, basically ending any hopes of the OS arriving on the device alongside the Pixels.
As we have come to learn, though, Realme had its plans underway – plans to unveil a new Realme UI skin based on ColorOS 7, the OPPO skin baked with Android 10 in mind.
Just last week, the stable Realme 3 Pro Realme UI 1.0 update started rolling out in India. This is the company’s leading market and it makes sense that it gets more attention than others.
Today, those who received the first Realme UI 1.0 build on their Realme 3 Pro handsets are now receiving a second build, this time with bug fixes and stability improvements.
The airborne update bumps the software version from C.01 to C.02 and weighs in at 541MB. The update fixes camera crash issue, watermark displaying issue when viewing photos, and improves the camera stability as well.
As per the changelog, the incoming Realme 3 Pro Realme UI 1.0 second build also addresses general bugs and stability issues from the first release.
