Huawei does not shy away from bringing in new tech and innovative products for users across the globe. Huawei Mate X is a recent example of this.
Moreover, the Chinese smartphone giant had quite an eventful 2019 as it got in a legal battle with the US government. But, it did not stop the brand to bring out new products to the market.
And amidst all of this, Huawei came up with their first-ever 5G smartphone i.e. the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G. For specs buff, the device packed in the 7nm Kirin 980 chipset, 8 GB of RAM, offers 256 GB of onboard storage, a massive 7.2-inch screen.
Under the hood, the device houses a 4,200 mAh battery, sports a triple 40 MP+8 MP+20 MP camera setup at the back with a 24 MP selfie camera. It also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
And if you are the owner of one of the Huawei’s Mate 20 X 5G, then there is a new update available for you to download. According to Huawei Central, the update brings in the latest EMUI 10 (Android 10) update for the device.
Keep in mind that this new update is available currently for the users in Europe and it is arriving with version number V10.0.0.187. It weighs in a hefty 4.35 GB in size. So, we would recommend you to download this update on a stable WiFi connection.
Notably, this update chips in all the latest and greatest features of the EMUI 10 like new UI elements, redesigned user interface, new animations, Dark Mode, and more.

Similar to other updates, this new EMUI 10 update is also arriving via OTA in batches and will take some time in hitting all the units. However, you can always go ahead to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates > Download and install for manual checking.
