LG G7 One Android 10 update arrival teased by carriers as November patch rolling out (Download link inside)

Android 10 was quite a surprise! No one thought Google would ever leave a-decade-old naming system. Although the company has a sensible reason behind the omission, we miss a dessert name for the latest iteration.

Android 10’s first beta went live on 13 March 2019. However, it took around six months for the platform to go stable with features like system-wide dark mode, smart replies for all messaging apps, enhanced privacy tools, incognito mode for Google Maps, and more.

Google Pixel, as it is an in-house product, gets firmware updates before any other Android phone model. Just like in the previous year, Essential came second by delivering Android 10 to PH-1. Then came other manufacturers like OnePlus, Nokia, and Xiaomi.

To reminisce, LG started rolling out Android 10 stable for G8 (ThinQ) in Korea today. It means the global release won’t take much time to surface. In case you happen to be a G7 One user, you might have wrinkled your forehead now.

Don’t worry! The firmware is getting ready behind the stage. You might know, a brand executive confirmed Android 10 for LG G7 One in December a month ago. Now that November is going to end, we hope it will become a reality soon.

Rogers, a Canadian telecom network has marked Android 10 update for LG G7 One as ‘Coming Soon!’. And, Fido did the same as well. In fact, these points to the possibility of having the latest build in a short time.

On a side note, November security update (weighing 108 MB) has started circulating for the device. Even if we couldn’t get our hands on the changelog, we managed to grab a working download link, which you can find below. We will update this story once we have a screenshot of the latest patch.
