A pair of new software updates are rolling out to Realme phones in Europe and India. The former market concerns the Realme X2 Pro flagship that has only been around for a short while and has yet to step foot into the latter market.

Having started life on the entry-level side, Oppo subsidiary Realme recently crossed over to the other side of the spectrum courtesy of the Realme X2 Pro. Although priced affordably, the X2 Pro packs some of the hardware and features found in the $1000 flagship phones of today.

Whether it’s the high-end Snapdragon 855+ chipset or the buttery smooth 90Hz display refresh rate, be it the under-display fingerprint scanner or even the super-speedy 50W fast battery charging technology, the Realme X2 Pro has it all and then some.

To keep everything working properly while at the same time throwing in a few improvements here and there, software updates are mandatory and like the attention other Realme devices have received in this respect, Realme is similarly paying close attention to the X2 Pro.

The device has already picked up a couple or so updates since its debut, with the most recent arriving earlier this month with bug fixes. Today, folks in Europe can download and install a new update that bumps the security patch level to the latest November 2019.

Arriving as version A.06, the update also includes fixes to some known issues and improves system stability, but being an OTA rollout, it may take several days to hit all units. Rather than wait, you can as well grab the firmware from the link below and install it manually.
