Is Viki down, not working or app/website not letting you login? Please be informed that the service is seemingly going through an outage in some regions which has got affected users to route to micro-blogging site Twitter and other online discussion platforms to highlight their concern.
Take a look at what some of those affected have to say:

Yesss with me too!! On the site, I try to log in, but it doesn’t sign in to my account and it’s taking too long to load. I’ve closed the page and logged in, but it’s still the same again :(((

A quick look at Down detector – a service that gives a realtime overview of outages and other issues – reflects Viki is encountering a glitch in regions as can be seen in the live outage map below:
Coming to whether there’s an official word on the matter, what’s appeasing is the issue is a known one. As per@VikiStatus the service is indeed encountering login problems, and the team is working on fixing the same.
We’re currently facing login issues at the moment and our engineers are working on a fix. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

The login glitch has now been fixed.
