Pokemon Go Altered Forme Giratina coming to raids & Legendary Raid Hour

The third week of the Ultra Bonus event is currently live in the game. Week 3 of the Ultra Bonus event has brought in Generation 5 Pokemon to the game. Shiny Mewtwo is also appearing in raids as Tier 5 Raid Boss under this event. Well, one more Pokemon will appear in raids this month.

Today, Niantic has announced that the Shiny Altered Forme Giratina is coming to raids as Tier 5 Raid Boss. Altered Forme Giratina will be available in raids starting from September 23, 2019, at 1 pm PDT to October 17, 2019, at 1 pm PDT.

Altered Giratina Forme also features in the Legendary Raid Hour, which will take place on September 25, 2019 from 6 pm to 7 pm in your local time zone. If you are lucky you may encounter a Shiny Altered Forme Giratina. Giratina has good defensive stats and also has good stamina for PVP battles.

As it is a Dragon-Ghost type Pokemon it is weak against strong Dragon-type, Dark-type, Ghost-type, and Ice-type Pokemon. Giratina can be defeated with strong Dragon-type& Ghost-type Pokemon including Latios, Mewtwo ( Shadow Ball), Dragonite, Palkia. Mentioned below are the best counters of Giratina.
