JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records (Reversal) is shutting down

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is one of the most popular anime series, which has been based on the manga of the same name. The story of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has been penned down by Hirohiko Araki. The series tells the story of the Joestar family who discovers that they are destined to take down supernatural enemies by using their powers.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure story is divided into the following eight parts: Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable, Golden Wind, Stone Wind, Steel Ball Run, and JoJolion. Its animation series became widely popular among anime fans which led to the development of games around it.

Bandai Namco published a game named, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records, which was based on this series. The game was released on February 17, 2017. It is a single-player 3D action game which was released for both Android and iOS.

However, the game was only made available in the Japanese language. The name of the game was changed to Diamond Records Reversal, when fifth part (Golden Wind) of the series was added to the game.

The game featured first five-part of the series including Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable and Golden Wind. The game required players to make a team of characters having varying movesets.

Well, the game is very popular among JoJo fans and has developed a decent fanbase in the last two years. But the game will no longer be available after November 18, 2019. This news has been released on the game official website and in-game news feed. Check the screenshots of the same down below.

A Reddit user named, UnluckyDiceRoll, who is also the moderator of the game’s Reddit page has translated this information for players ease. According to his translation, the game will not be available after November 18, 2019. He has also shared the termination schedule, which has been stated below.

End of Service: November 18, 2019.

Players will be able to use Diamond Coins until November 18, and after the end of service, players will not be able to play the game. Fans of the game are pretty upset with this news, and they have expressed their emotions on Reddit. Have a look at some of the screenshots down below.
