While many devices still await EMUI 9/Android 9, Huawei has now shared an official list of their phones that will most likely get to taste the newest Android dessert in serving, Android Q.

Android will not be automatically uninstalled from Huawei smartphones and tablets. We continue to work closely with our partners to ensure our consumers can always enjoy the best possible experience.
They also add, the phones/tablets will not offer reduced functionality, rather they’ll “continue to function as they currently do.” The company says even if you reset your phone/tablet, you won’t lose access to Android services and Google apps. They can still be downloaded and used normally.
What about popular apps?
Huawei says their smartphone and tablet users can continue to download and use popular apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. In fact, going by a recent coverage by Forbes, Huawei will offer a full refund if apps like Facebook and Google don’t work on their phones.
But this offer is limited to Huawei phones in the Philippines region only.
