Released back in 2019, ZTE Blade V10 offers Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. The mid-range smartphone also offers some interesting specs like the MTK Helio P70 Octa-core processor and a 6.3 inch FHD display.
While the Chinese telecom giant has a relatively small lineup of smartphones, the devices run on its own custom skin, MiFavor. ZTE joined the Android 10 bandwagon by the end of 2019 and unveiled its MiFavor 10 skin.
ZTE Axon 10 Pro received the Android 10-based MiFavor 10 update earlier this year. The ZTE Blade V10 was also a candidate for this same update. Now, it seems that the OEM is pushing the Android 10 update to ZTE Blade V10 users.
From the screenshot, it appears that the device is a Mexican Blade V10 unit running vanilla Android so it is unclear whether the MiFavor 10 update is also live or not. Moreover, no official announcements about the update have been made by the OEM yet.
Nevertheless, it is a sign of steady development that OEMs like ZTE are still upgrading their devices to Android 10. So, if you have managed to get your hands on the ZTE Blade V10 Android 10 update, feel free to drop a comment outlining all the relevant details below.
Since Google is looking forward to the release of Android 11, many OEMs like Xiaomi, OnePlus, etc. have already began the Android 11 beta testing on some of their eligible devices.
That being said, we hope ZTE also makes an official announcement and joins the Android 11 bandwagon soon. Meanwhile, stay tuned to PiunikaWeb for more updates related to smartphones and software.
