After serving global and European variants of Redmi 7A, the Android 10 stable update is now live for Redmi 7A users in India. It joins the growing list of Xiaomi phones already served with Android 10 stable update, which you can check out here.

This latest Xiaomi Redmi 7A Android 10 stable update tags May 2020 security patchset along with MIUI 11 as well.

Talking about the update, it arrives with version number V11.0.1.0.QCMINXM and the complete firmware package weighs in around 1.62 GB in size.

Notably, Xiaomi Redmi 7A comes with Android 9 Pie out of the box with MIUI 10. And this new Android 10 stable update will be the phone’s first major firmware update.

From the changelog, there might not be much clarity regarding all the features Android 10 brings in for Redmi 7A. Well, Xiaomi handles things differently, where it bundles most of its major feature additions and tweaks in MIUI updates.
