Original story (published on August 10, 2020) follows:
Xiaomi’s Android One family i.e. the Mi A series offers some of the best budget devices in terms of hardware. However, users of the Mi A series have been through some tough times when it comes to software updates.
Also, there is still no sign of the much anticipated Mi A4 which makes us think whether it will come out or not. Nevertheless, the latest device in the Mi A series, Xiaomi Mi A3, is promised two major OS updates and it has already bagged one of them.
The Android 10 update for the Mi A3 came out in March but it was full of bugs. Most of the issues from the OS update were fixed by the OEM with the monthly security updates.
However, the July update came with its own flaws that were addressed later in the same month and the correct update was rolled out as well. Now, the Mi A3 is getting the August security update with some improvements in terms of system lag and stability.
Also, the update version V11.0.20.0.QFQMIXM is up from version V11.0.19.0.QFQMIXM. Xiaomi Mi A3 users can grab the update now via OTA. Those who want to flash it manually can download the update from the link given below.
