The latest custom skin from Xiaomi i.e., MIUI 12, is rolling out to many devices. The Mi 9 Lite which is listed in the second round of the MIUI 12 update rollout schedule has received MIUI 12 in several regions.
The MIUI 12 update arrived for the Global, European, and Russian Mi 9 Lite variants recently. However, the update was re-released for the European Mi 9 Lite variant as version V12.0.3.0.QFCEUXM.
Now, the OEM has re-released the MIUI 12 update for the Global Mi 9 Lite variant as well. Earlier, the Global variant got the update as version 12.0.2.0.QFCMIXM. However, it seems that it did not roll out to all Global Mi 9 Lite owners who are now getting it as version 12.0.3.0.QFCMIXM.
So, if you are among those who did not get the latest custom skin earlier, it is now live over the air. Alternatively, you can download the ROM from the link given below if you want to flash it manually. However, be sure to check out these workarounds in case of any errors.
