Valorant players report voice chat not working or broken after latest 3.0 patch

Valorant has become quite popular ever since it came out back in June 2020. The first-person shooter game recently got the latest 3.0 patch with several enhancements.

However, players are facing an issue with the Valorant voice chat feature after getting the latest patch.

As per multiple reports, the voice chat feature in Valorant is not working or broken after the 3.0 patch.

The issue appears to be widespread and players are unable to communicate with each other even with the correct in-game voice settings.

Also, one user has reported that the options to mute players are also missing and Riot Games has not made any comments on the matter so far.

Thank you Valorant for not fixing the volume issues in game and making voice chat unavailable altogether instead

However, it is possible that this issue with the Valorant voice chat feature not working or broken might get fixed.

This is because a moderator for the Valorant subreddit has said that Riot Games is aware of this issue.

While this info does come from an official source, there is no mention of a fix being in the works.

Moreover, there is currently no workaround to get the voice chat feature to work again which is further adding to players’ dilemma.

All in all, the issue is inconveniencing players who are unable to coordinate with their teammates or even listen to other players in the game.

Hopefully, Riot Games provides more clarity on the matter or better yet, resolve the issue soon for good.
