The first-person shooter game “Valorant” developed by Riot Games is all set to release tomorrow (June 2). For those who are unaware, Riot Games first announced the game officially on March 1, 2020, and a closed beta program was launched on April 7, 2020.
Speaking of Valorant, it is a hybrid of both CS-GO & Overwatch. The game features charcters with unique set of abilities & one has to manage the economy just like CS:GO. Instead of heroes, charcters are called Agents in the game.
The list of Agents which are available in the game includes the following : Brimstone, Raze, Cypher, Jett, Omen, Breach, Viper, Phoenix, Sage, Sova. These agents can be further classified into Duelists, Initiators, Sentinels
& Controllers.
Coming to the topic, as the game is now officially launching & will move out from closed beta, it will now be accessible to everyone. So, if you don’t know, how to download Valorant on your PC, you can follow the steps below.
How to Download and Install Valorant on PC :
- Head over to the official Valorant website and download the game client from here.
- Now after downloading the file of about 7.3 GB in size, just install it. You can choose the desired install path under the “Advanced options”
- Now, after installing the game just open the game and sign in with your Riot ID. If you don’t have one you will need to create a new account.
But, you won’t be able to play the game until the servers of the game go live on June 2. The game servers will go live at different timings for the following regions
1) North America, Latin America & South America: June 2 at 5 am PST
2) Europe, Turkey, Middle-East, North Africa, Russia & CIS : June 1 at 10 pm PST.
3) Korea, Japan & Asia-Pacific: June 1 at 4 pm PST.
