UPS is one of the most popular shipping companies in the world. They are present in many countries and make thousands of local and international shipments daily.
Like other shipping services, UPS offers a tracking system. Through it you can track the path that your package travels until it reaches the final recipient.
However, currently many UPS users are concerned about their shipments because the tracking system is down or not working.
UPS tracking down or not working
According to multiple reports, the UPS tracking system is inaccessible at the time of writing this story. So, many users are unable to know the current delivery status of their packages.
@UPS is your tracking service down? I’m unable to check on status of a parcel.

@UPS 10/24 it said my package would be delivered 10/25 by 7pm. However when I checked 10/25, it said still en route. Today, I am unable to track my package?

Server status platforms such as Down Detector also reflect the growing reports of UPS tracking system outage.
There is still no official acknowledgment of this issue from the UPS support team. We will be monitoring the situation to update this story as events unfold.
Update 1 (October 27, 2022)
17:50 pm (IST): It seems that the UPS outage has now been resolved as we haven’t come across any new reports lately.
Update 2 (February 24, 2023)
17:08 pm (IST): Fresh reports indicate that the UPS tracking website is down for multiple users (1, 2, 3).
19:00 pm (IST): The site is now working properly and available again.
Update 3 (March 13, 2023)
03:10 pm (IST): UPS users report that the whole website is currently down or not working, which also affects package tracking (1, 2, 3).
Update 4 (March 14, 2023)
09:00 pm (IST): Reports related to the UPS website outage stopped popping up several hours ago, so it seems to be working properly now.
