Crunchyroll has dropped a full-length character trailer for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Tower of God webtoon, and some of the new voice cast revealed will make you jump with joy.
Nobuhiko Okamoto voicing as the character Khun Aguero Agnes can easily be recognizable from his previous roles playing Bakugo in MHA, Rin Okumura in Blue Exorcist, and more recently Bakugo in My Hero Academia.
And fans couldn’t be more thrilled about it.
Previously the makers had revealed the voice actors for Bam (Taichi Ichikawa), Rachel (Saori Hayami) and Headon (Hochu Otsuka).
Other well-known seiyuu (Japanese voice actors) to join this stellar star cast are Kenta Miyake as Rak, Mariko Honda as Yuri Jahad, Akira Sekine as Anaak Jahad, Rei Suegara as Endorsi Jahad, and Toshinari Eukamachi as Hatz.
With the original Korean webtoon enjoying over 4.5 billion views worldwide, it is no surprise that
Crunchyroll and WEBTOON are going all out to produce Korean artist SIU’s manhwa Tower of God into anime.
Telecom Animation Movie is producing the show, which is slotted for a Spring Anime 2020 release on April 1.
Tower of God is a Korean fantasy manhwa (comic) that follows the story of a young man named Bam, who has to go through several adventures to reach the top of a mysterious tower in order to find his precious friend Rachel.
At first glance it may sound like a typical shounen at best, but Tower of God has received monumental fame from across the globe with many comparing it to the likes of One Piece and Naruto.
