The Divison 2 fans can rejoice as a new update for the game will roll out today. Speaking of the game, it was launched on March 15, 2019, & is available on all the major platforms, including PS4, Xbox One, Stadia & PC.
It is an online action role-playing video game which has been developed by Massive Entertainment. The game is a sequel to Tom Clancy’s The Division (2016) & has been setup after the events & outbreak of pandemic. The Division 2 has been developed on the Snowdrop engine & it has been published by Ubisoft. It follows the story of an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division as they try to rebuild the city.
Cut to now, Title update 9 will go live on April 21, during scheduled maintenance at 9:30 am CEST / 3:30 am EDT / 12:30 am PT. The new patch is bringing a lot of bug fixes & enhancements to the game. Game servers will stay down for 3 hours.
The new update will be approximately 10 GB in size, if you have already installed the game, but on fresh installation, it’s size goes up to 70-80 GB, depending on the platform. Players are very excited for this update as it is bringing many enhancements to the game.
The Division 2 Title update 9 is bringing in an all-new feature – Exotic Reconfiguration to the game. It will allow players to
upgrade Exotic items to level 40, as well as re-roll their attributes with the new Reconfiguration system available in the Crafting bench.
Apart from this, a lot of balancing is coming for Exotics, Talent & Named items. Many bug fixes are also accompanied with the update. Title update 9 fixes a bug, where several Scopes being offset on multiple weapons.
The new patch also fixes an issue which was causing players to be unable to progress to a higher World Tier when completing any required Stronghold in another player’s session and leaving that session. You can check the complete patch notes for the update by heading here.
