Telstra, the Australian telecommunications services provider, is also one of the ways to participate in the ‘Pink: Summer Carnival Tour’ pre-sale.
Summer Carnival will be the singer’s eighth major concert. It is also the prelude to the release of her new album ‘Trustfall’, so the fans are very excited.
However, it seems that things are not going very well. Multiple Telstra users report being unable to log into their accounts, crashing issues in the app during pre-sale and more.
Telstra app crashing or users unable to login during ‘Pink’ pre-sale
Pink fans have been reporting multiple issues when trying to access the presale through Telstra app or wensite. Apparently, the demand has exceeded the capacity of the company’s servers.
Users report situations such as not being able to access their accounts and app/website crashing. Even those ‘top tier members’ have not been able to secure a ticket during the process.
Well @Telstra because of your lack of capacity and inability to better prepare for such a huge sale and demand of @Pink tickets, I have now missed out. Pretty pointless being a top tier member I say π€·π»ββοΈ

Apparently the Diamond experience has already sold out in Adelaide. How can this be if the website kept crashing

Disabled people have also been struggling with problems to get a ticket in the pre-sale, as the means designed for them (dedicated phone number, website, and others) are not working correctly.
Hey people organising @Pink @Telstra presale tix in Melbourne Yr ACCESSIBILITY phone line is hanging up on DISABLED PEOPLE whoβs only option is to buy VIA PHONE. @LiveNationAU @Ticketek_AU @Ticketmaster_AU. Why is it so freaking hard to get tix? #Disability #PinkSummerCarnival

Please donβt sell tickets through Telstra Ticketek or Ticketmaster . They discriminating against people with disabilities.

The Telstra team is already aware of the issues and working to resolve them. Sadly, there is still no ETA for the pre-sale process to work normally.
π£ 4:30PM UPDATE: Weβre still working hard to sort this out. We expected a big response to P!nkβs pre-sale today, but we’ve never seen anything quite like this. We hope to have everything fixed soon
