Google’s streaming television service, YouTube TV, is used by a lot of people on numerous platforms.
Also, as part of a new partnership between T-Mobile and Google, a $10 per month discount is being offered on YouTube TV subscription to T-Mobile home internet or wireless voice customers.
Nevertheless, those who already have a YouTube TV subscription will have to cancel it and re-subscribe with the T-Mobile $10 promo code in order to avail the discount.
Moreover, users will get the said promo code after 3-4 days from applying for the same and they have until July 31, 2021 to avail to the offer.
While T-Mobile launched the aforementioned offer pretty recently, some of those who have received their promo codes are having some troubles using them.
As per a rather long Reddit thread, several users are getting the “Promo code not accepted” message when they are trying to avail the T-Mobile YouTube TV $10 offer.
However, multiple reports also indicate that some users who are unable to avail the offer are already subscribed to YouTube TV.
So, they are able to use the promo code either by using a different email account that has not been used for YouTube TV subscription or by cancelling their active subscription and re-subscribing.
Some reports also suggest that users with active YouTube TV subscription will have to wait for their monthly billing cycle to get completed before proceeding with the whole re-subscribing process.
Hence, it is unclear what the exact cause of the said issue is as different reports outline different scenarios in which users are facing or are able to bypass the problem.
A user has even mentioned on the same Reddit thread that the issue might have been fixed by T-Mobile further suggesting that it could have been a server side issue.
Dunno if it got fixed with T-Force or someone else but mine is good $10 off for 12 months promo is active

Nevertheless, all this is still based on speculation as there has been no official announcements on the matter so far.
In the meantime, if you are still facing the said issue or are able to use the promo code, feel free to drop a comment below and let us know the same.
That said, we will keep tracking this for further development and will provide more details once new information becomes available.
