Star Wars Battlefront 1 is one of the well-known titles in the first-person or third-person shooter genre. This game is a reboot of the original Star Wars series and perfectly captures its look and feel.
However, some are disappointed as they are facing issues with the gameplay.
Star Wars Battlefront 1 progress and the in-game currency lost or reset
According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8), multiple players are facing an issue where their in-progress gets reset or lost. The issue has been persistent for the past few weeks and affects gamers across multiple platforms.
One player complains that progress and credits from their in-game profile have recently got reset. They say that it’s useless to earn new credits as one cannot purchase anything.
Also, they get a ‘Purchase Failed’ error message while they try to do so.
Another user also claims that their in-game currency has been reset. However, their stats are still visible.

Fortunately, EA’s support team on Twitter has officially acknowledged this issue and is currently investigating it. However, no ETA for the bug fix has been provided.
We do hope that EA DICE fixes this bug soon.
