[Updated] Splitgate Beta servers offline to fix matchmaking issue; mouse & keyboard glitch and custom stability issues also acknowledged

Splitgate developers cannot seem to get a break from fixing the bugs and issues that have been popping up in the last few days.

Since the game is currently in Beta, there have been some notable bugs, among them gamers being unable to get into the lobby and the voice chat issue.

Yesterday, the game encountered an issue that prevents users from playing any game mode with all modes showing “Coming soon” paired with frustratingly long queue times.

Having said that, it looks like players will have to wait a bit longer to play their new favorite multiplayer online shooting game.

Splitgate said that the game servers will be offline until Friday (PT). The developers said they made the decision so they can focus on fixing the matchmaking and stability bugs.

In the meantime, players have also discovered some new bugs in the game. According to those affected, whenever they try to join a custom match, the game gets stuck at joining.

Moreover, players have also reported about the cursor bug when using the mouse and keyboard on the console. Reports indicate that the mouse cursor disappears when navigating the menu, which forces players to use the controller.

The Splitgate development team said they are aware of both issues and are working on a fix.

Today has been a HUGE success for us! Our most recent patch has given us hugely increased capacity and stability. Because of this we’ve seen much shorter queue times while having more demand than ever! Thank you for your continued patience as we work through these crazy times!
