Is your SmartThings app not working? Well, you aren’t alone. We’ve come across a significant number of reports from users around the world saying the app isn’t letting them sign in.
Following are some reports that we could collect:

If you look at the service’s status page, you’ll see that everything is working fine, but as the last tweet above says, it could be that the problem never got reflected here.
However, if you scroll that page down, you’ll see there certainly was an issue with the service today. However, the info there says the problem has been taken care of.
There’s even a thread on Reddit where users are discussing about this outage. Even there you’ll find reports that say the problem is still present.
It could be that Samsung has quickly fixed the issue, but it’s taking time to reach out to everyone. If not already, we hope you’ll be able to use the app again very shortly from now.
However, in case that doesn’t happen, do let us know.
