Original story (published on February 7, 2023) follows:
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was originally scheduled to be released in the market on February 17, but its delivery has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Though the company has made the device open for pre-order, some are coming across issues with the delivery date.
Some Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra buyers who pre-ordered the device through Google Fi are reporting (1,2,3,4) that their delivery dates have been pushed back by a few weeks and into March.
My shipping notification changed overnight from Feb 16th to 17th to March 3rd to the 10th. I ordered on Wednesday, Feb 1 too :/. Ugh, a bit frustrating.

S23 Ultra delivery date pushed out
I pre-ordered on 2/1 and the delivery date was estimated 2/16 to 2/17.
It’s now 2/22.
Is anybody else seeing pushed out dates?

Those who pre-ordered the device after the Samsung Unpacked event reported that they initially received notifications indicating that the device would arrive within a few weeks.
However, they then received follow-up notifications indicating that the estimated delivery date had been pushed back to March.
One of our readers claims to have pre-ordered the S23 Ultra 30 minutes after the Unpacked event and was initially told that the shipping delivery date would be between February 16-17.
However, they received a notification indicating that the delivery date has been pushed back to March 3-10.
I`m a GoogleFi user and pre-ordered the s23 ultra 30 mins after the Samsung Unpack event went live, and my ship delivery date was Feb 16-17, this morning it changed to March 3-10, so who knows know what will happen with GoogleFi pre-orders.

Despite reports of delayed delivery dates, some buyers may have opted for express shipping, which means they will receive the order sooner once it is dispatched from the warehouse.
However, buyers can only expect to receive the device once Google Fi has it in stock.
These reports of delayed delivery dates have sparked discussions among buyers on forums such as Reddit, with some speculating that the pushback may be due to high demand for the new device.
Others have expressed frustration with the delays, especially since they have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their new phones.
Google Fi has not yet made an official statement regarding the reported delayed delivery dates for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
While the exact reason for the delay remains unclear, buyers can expect to receive their devices once Google Fi has them in stock.
Until then, keep tabs on this story as we will update it with further developments.
