T-Mobile/Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series One UI 3.0 (Android 11) beta update: Have you received it?

Samsung has already rolled out Android 11 update to a handful of its premium devices, albeit in beta.

The software, which also brings a new One UI 3.0 skin on top of AOSP, is already available for the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20 series and is set to expand to a few other models.

It was never in doubt that the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 family of devices would be the first to bag the One UI 3.0 beta. This has always been the case when it comes to One UI beta testing.

Another norm of Samsung’s beta testing program is the limited nature of participating models in the U.S. market. Besides the unlocked models, Samsung has always spared a seat for T-Mobile and Sprint variants as well.

This was the case with the Galaxy S20 series when One UI 3.0 beta arrived some weeks ago. The same was also expected when the Galaxy Note 20 series joins the program eventually.

In fact, the initial banner advertising the imminent release of One UI 3.0 beta for the Galaxy Note 20 series for the U.S. market included T-Mobile and Sprint variants alongside the usual suspect.

But going back to the same announcement post in the official Samsung U.S. community, the banner has slightly different print, this time without the mention of T-Mobile and Sprint, as seen below.

Samsung has not come out to drop any official statement on this minor but significant change in the fine print.

But going by some of the reports beginning to show up online, it looks like no carrier variant of the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in the U.S. has bagged the One UI 3.0 beta.

The question that begs for answers is did Samsung drop the T-Mobile and Sprint variants of the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra from the ongoing One UI 3.0 beta testing program?

Or rather, an even better question would be have you received the One UI 3.0 beta update on your locked T-Mobile or Sprint variant of the Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra?
